Job Title: Night Receptionist

We are seeking a Night Receptionist to join our team at the Royal Over-Seas League (ROSL). As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a personalized, warm, and friendly service to our members, visitors, and guests prior, during, and after their visit to our Clubhouse.

Under the direction of the Night Duty Managers, and within the limits of ROSL's policies and procedures, your main role will be to provide an informative and helpful service to members during their stay and to maintain the security of the club at night.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, visitors, and guests
  • Manage the front desk and reception area
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions
  • Maintain the security of the club at night
  • Work collaboratively with the Night Duty Managers and other team members
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Good command of written and spoken English
