Examination Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our examinations team as an Invigilator. As an Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and security of examination papers and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Set up examination rooms according to the Data and Examinations Manager's instructions.
- Be aware of candidates' needs during examinations and provide necessary support.
- Ensure no prohibited items are brought into examination rooms.
- Ensure candidates are seated according to the seating plan and receive the correct exam materials.
- Record attendance on the attendance register.
- Prevent talking or disruption during exams.
- Collect, sort, and supervise answer scripts, then pass them to the Data and Examinations Manager for dispatch.
