Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Talent Attraction Partner with a strong background in technical recruitment to enhance our Global Talent Attraction team. This position will oversee the comprehensive recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to facilitating their onboarding.

This role is pivotal in supporting our Research and Development sectors, particularly in Engineering and Product, by delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent for Snyk, focusing on the European market.
  • Ensure diverse talent pipelines through innovative and dedicated sourcing strategies.
  • Guide candidates and stakeholders through a streamlined recruitment journey, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert.
  • Utilize data analytics to provide stakeholders with valuable insights regarding candidates and market trends.
  • Collaborate with essential business stakeholders, fellow Talent Attraction Partners, and members of the People team to achieve successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Director of Talent Attraction and the broader team to understand market dynamics and develop strategies to foster business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in recruiting top technical talent, including software engineers and product managers.
  • Extensive knowledge of the European technology talent landscape.
  • Experience managing both high-volume hiring and specialized talent searches.
  • Exceptional sourcing capabilities to ensure a diverse candidate pool.
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity and complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to balance ongoing recruitment needs with project work.
  • A data-driven approach to recruitment practices.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Expertise in sourcing methodologies.
  • Experience scaling a pre-IPO SaaS or technology organization.
  • Familiarity with the DevSecOps or Cybersecurity sectors.
  • Knowledge of recruiting for various roles, including Sales and Corporate Functions.
