Job Title: Airfield Engineering Asset Project Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Airfield Engineering Asset Project Engineer to join our team at Castle Cary. As a senior member of our engineering community, you will be responsible for designing and installing projects, deploying your engineering expertise to execute and deliver projects that provide a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects to deliver safe, secure, and environmentally responsible results
  • Engage project team members, encouraging them to proactively perform assigned tasks
  • Manage multiple responsibilities, including project execution, functional support, and self-development, focusing on growing the role
  • Contribute to a winning environment that promotes safety, trust, and confidence
  • Comply with and reinforce safety, security, and environmental policies

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in engineering in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
  • Extensive experience in a comparable technical position - food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or related industry preferable
  • Basic understanding of engineering principles - knowledge of engineering disciplines: Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction, or Computer Services
  • In-depth understanding of designated functional engineering area of expertise (for specific job requirement i.e. controls, process, packaging)
