About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our team as an Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and safety of our patients' medication.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the entire dispensing process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Check and prepare medication orders, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and healthcare professionals, providing excellent customer service.
• Complete and maintain accurate administrative records, managing inventory and supplies.
• Monitor expiration dates and ensure adequate stock levels, providing healthcare advice and signposting customers when necessary.

Requirements

• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• NVQ3 qualification.
• Additional accuracy checking course in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in a customer-focused environment.
