About the Role:

KFC UK & Ireland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Coach to join our team. As an Area Coach, you will be responsible for providing transformational leadership and high-impact coaching to multiple restaurant teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance across four key metrics – People, Customer, Sales, and Profit.
  • Manage restaurant strategy and projects, creating stretch goals for your team.
  • Identify and unlock core growth opportunities in your restaurants.
  • Manage the restaurants recruitment process, to bring in the best talent who demonstrate our core values.
  • Develop the talent in your area to identify our future leaders and drive retention.
