Job Title: Global Facade Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Facade Director to lead our Façade Design Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading the design and implementation of facade systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement facade design strategies that meet client needs and company goals.
  • Lead a team of designers and engineers to deliver high-quality facade designs and solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facade design and engineering.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in facade design and engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of facade structural and thermal calculations, specifications, and performance requirements.
  • Experience with FEA programs, including non-linear and thermal analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
