Dynamic Sales Negotiator Wanted for Estate Agency

Collins Property Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join our team in Shepherd's Bush and Hammersmith. Our client has built a strong reputation and market share in the local area, and we're looking for someone who can help us continue to grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings to showcase our clients' properties in the best possible light.
  • Negotiations: Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
  • Sales Progression: Manage the sales progression process, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to complete the sale.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and driven individuals who are able to hit monthly targets will thrive in this environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and good organisational skills are crucial for managing multiple sales and clients.
  • Driving Licence: A Full UK driving licence is required for this role.
