Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Smiggle UK & ROI. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for implementing effective visual merchandising strategies across our stores in the Midlands and North West regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to maximize store sales and achieve brand standards.
  • Coach and train store teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional visual merchandising.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to store managers to ensure they are meeting visual merchandising standards.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor and report on visual merchandising execution and standards.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to address any housekeeping or merchandising issues.
  • Analyze commercial data to identify sales opportunities and provide recommendations to maximize sales.
  • Travel regularly across the Midlands and North West regions to support store teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and coach store teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze commercial data and identify sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car.
