Main Duties:

  • Delivering High-Quality Care: Provide exceptional care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorders.
  • Building Therapeutic Relationships: Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships to enhance patient engagement and outcomes.
  • Contributing to Care Planning: Participate in patient assessments, collaborate on personalised care plans, and monitor progress to ensure effective treatment.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: In senior roles, lead shifts, mentor student nurses, and support team members to foster a collaborative and skilled care environment.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a relevant nursing qualification with current registration.
  • Possesses a strong drive to pursue ongoing personal learning and professional development.
  • Dedicated to delivering patient-centred care grounded in values-based and evidence-based practices.
