Job Title: Greenkeeper - High Elms Golf Course

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Greenkeeper to join our team at High Elms Golf Course in Downe, Orpington. As a Greenkeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the golf course is presented in the best possible condition for our guests and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up the golf course for play, including cutting playing surfaces and changing holes.
  • Maintaining the course's appearance, including bunker maintenance and aeration.
  • Ensuring the course meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Operating a range of golf course machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Working collaboratively with our existing team to cover all aspects of course set up and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 Sports Turf Qualified or equivalent desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
