We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Endoscopy Unit at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our department.
About the RoleThe Endoscopy Unit is a dynamic and supportive environment where you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care and support to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures
- Collaborating with consultants, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participating in the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current first or second level registered nurse qualification with the NMC or Registered ODP with The Health and Care Professions Council
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
