Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a manufactured range of ancillaries products to civils merchants and builders merchants, as well as OEMs and drainage specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Field sales position selling a manufactured range of ancillaries products such as couplings, connectors, bushes, seals for concrete, joints, rings for the civils, plumbing and industrial market sectors.
- Customer Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with civils merchants and builders merchants, as well as OEMs and drainage specialists.
- Territory Management: Inheriting a well-established territory with a turnover of circa £800k.
Requirements:
- Experience: Must have field sales experience working for a manufacturer.
- Technical Knowledge: Must be technically minded.
- Diary Management: Must have good diary management / planning experience.
- Personality: Hungry, dynamic and driven.
