About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Total Community Care Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in working with spinal injuries, bowel management, and catheter care, although this is not essential. We offer comprehensive training and clinical support to help you develop and enhance your skills in these areas.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Supporting individuals with spinal injuries, bowel management, and catheter care
  • Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support
