Quality Leadership Opportunity

AVD Appoint Ltd is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead our site quality function and drive the successful delivery of our Quality strategy.

  1. Quality Strategy Execution

Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality strategy to meet corporate goals and objectives, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.

  1. Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure adherence to necessary compliance requirements through our Quality Management System, identifying and mitigating risks to maintain a robust quality framework.

  1. Process Optimization and Improvement

Oversee the implementation of continuous improvements, CAPA management, document management, quality planning, internal and external audits, validation, risk management, and continuous Quality Management Review.

  1. Industry Expertise

Experience working within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry with ISO13485 knowledge is preferred, but we also consider candidates with expertise in Automotive, Aerospace, or ISO9001.

  1. Change Management and Leadership

Deliver effective change management and lead cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and achieve business objectives.

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Regulatory Knowledge

Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards related to medical devices internationally (ISO 13485, MDR, MDD, MDSAP) is highly desirable.
