- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care and support.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.20 (Monday to Friday) and £15.82 (weekends).
- A mileage allowance of 45p per mile.
- A comprehensive training program to support your career development.
- A supportive and collaborative team environment.
- The opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
- 6 months' experience in care (paid or voluntary) is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring and compassionate approach to care and support.
- Ability to work a 4/3 rota, including evenings and weekends.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (business insurance required).
