Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Day Shift Cleaning Professional. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our vehicles and depot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a rigorous cleaning process for vehicles and the depot, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Conduct regular vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing of the interior of vehicles.
- Track and file cleaning schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Report maintenance problems to a supervisor in a timely manner.
- Provide holiday cover for the administrator, which may include tasks such as:
- Consolidating and reporting on fuel usage.
- Completing and relaying working hours and wages information.
- Producing letters, memorandums, and safety bulletins.
- Updating service, cleaning, and KPI information.
- Compiling, sending, and receiving emails to company and outside parties.
Requirements:
- A full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential, with reimbursement for travel to Perth Depot to be discussed at interview.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to pass a medical examination, including a drug and alcohol test.
