Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented Sales Trailblazer to join our team and help us promote our business services to Small to Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). As a Sales Trailblazer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with SMEs
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement quarterly seminar plans
- Accurately build, manage, and maintain sales pipelines
- A competitive basic salary between £23,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience
- A comprehensive sales training program with a clear development plan
- Daily, weekly, and monthly incentives
- Access to an Employee Assistance Program
- A newly refurbished office with a great work environment
- Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, either face-to-face or over the phone
- Confident communication skills to build relationships with clients
