Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled synthetic chemist to join our Scientific Research and Development Team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the synthesis, modification, and characterization of organic compounds and organometallic compounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and synthesize novel organometallic polymers for our biosensor platform.
  • Develop and implement quality control protocols for synthesized materials.
  • Conduct routine analysis using techniques such as HPLC, NMR, UV-vis, and IR spectroscopies.
  • Collaborate with the chemistry team to optimize performance in electrochemical biosensors.
  • Plan and manage work packages to progress projects towards company objectives.
  • Generate, analyze, and report data to the team.
  • Maintain detailed records of experiments and data analysis.
Requirements
  • PhD or Master's Degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • Experience in organic or organometallic synthesis, with proficiency in analytical methods.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with electrochemical biosensors.
  • Knowledge of hydrogel materials.
  • Experience working with organometallic polymer materials.
