About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Safeguarding and Care Planning Team. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people in the Borough.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of safeguarding and care planning strategies
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on safeguarding and care planning matters
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training and development programs for staff
  • Collaborate with other teams and agencies to ensure effective safeguarding and care planning practices
