Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality childcare and support to young people, exceeding National Standards and Ofsted requirements.
- To contribute to the development of individualized care plans and ensure that the highest standards of care are maintained.
- To build and maintain positive relationships with young people, families, and external partners.
- To contribute to a culture of trust and mutual respect within the home.
- To ensure the home is kept clean, tidy, safe, and secure at all times.
- To actively supervise and engage with young people, promoting their well-being and personal growth.
- To manage and de-escalate conflicts, ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals.
- To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
- To participate in activities with young people, promoting their development and well-being.
- To contribute to reviews and assessments of young people's progress.
- A Diploma Level in Working with Children & Young People.
- Over years of age.
- A full UK driving license.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
