Our Girls Super League is a groundbreaking initiative that aims to make competitive football accessible to as many girls as possible. We are launching the inaugural Futsal Girls Super League in Hertfordshire, providing three divisions: U12, U14, and U16, with all matches hosted at our central venue.

The Futsal Girls Super League Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful management of the league fixtures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with affiliate clubs and stakeholders
  • Overseeing match day logistics, including scheduling, cancellations, payments, and referee coordination
  • Maintaining league operations: on-site match day coordination, equipment inventory, social media presence, and supporting projects

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational excellence, and the ability to take initiative and problem solve. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also essential.

Requirements

  • Flexible working pattern, with ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
  • Ability to travel outside of London (venue is based in Hertfordshire)
  • The candidate must have the right to live and work in the UK
