Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Restaurant Manager to join our team at Cara's Kitchen and Bar. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, including leading and motivating the team, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in the management of inventory, supplies, and labor costs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests
  • Good financial awareness and analytical skills, with the ability to manage inventory, supplies, and labor costs
  • Catering or Bar Management experience, with a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
