Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Rubicon People Partnership. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top talent for our clients, while also developing long-standing relationships with new businesses in new geographical areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Headhunting candidates via a range of tools and job boards
  • Contacting registered candidates within our database via phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Initial qualification calls with candidates, cross-referencing answers to detailed job specifications
  • Visiting our prospect and client base
  • Creating opportunities for candidates through speculative approaches
  • Maximizing on opportunities within our client base
Requirements:
  • Experience within recruitment, lettings, property, residential, account management, or B2B customer support
  • Strong administration skills, able to produce efficient and accurate work
  • A professional telephone manner with previous customer service experience
  • Experience using CRM databases or equivalent systems
  • A full Driver's License
