About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Adroit People. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business operations and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Adroit People remains competitive.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in a business analysis role, with a minimum of 4 years in Sales, Service Cloud, and 2 years in the role of Business Analyst.
- Experience working with Telco CRM and JIRA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Fluency in German and English languages.
- Salesforce Certified.
