Deputy Manager in Elderly Care

We are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager to work in their fantastic nursing home based near the Ayr area.
This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having excellent teaching and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to residents
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of residents
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide mentorship and training to staff members
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead, Clinical Services Manager or Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge with a caring and quality-focused provider.
The candidate is required to have an active NMC pin and have previous experience in the nursing care home and a passion for elderly and dementia care.
