Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to join our project management team. The successful candidate will facilitate informed decision-making and guarantee project achievements through teamwork and shared knowledge.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate budget versus cost variances utilizing ERP systems
  • Oversee time, labor, and expenditures across all project dimensions
  • Compile weekly reports to support project managers in financial matters
  • Direct risk management and cost control strategies throughout the project lifecycle
  • Offer expert guidance on contractual matters, ensuring adherence to legal and quality benchmarks
  • Emphasize safety, environmental stewardship, and alignment with Company Values

Essential Skills:
Strong communication skills for both internal and external interactions, interpersonal abilities to cultivate relationships and promote collaboration, and familiarity with NEC or JCT contracts.

Experience Criteria:
Prior experience in a comparable position is crucial. While experience in construction is advantageous, the right attitude and approach are vital. Additional qualifications such as AssocRICS or MRICS are beneficial, but passion and commitment are key.
