Assist the Home Manager in the efficient administration of the care facility, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and organizational guidelines.
Supervise and guide care staff, offering support and mentorship as necessary.Contribute to the creation and execution of care plans tailored to the unique needs of residents.
Ensure that medication management protocols are followed meticulously and safely.
Organize and engage in staff training and development initiatives.
Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Serve as a liaison for families, residents, and external organizations, providing assistance and support as required.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a senior care position within a care facility.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
A sincere passion for delivering high-quality care for the elderly.
