Job Description

**Job Title:** Evening Site Supervisor

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Evening Site Supervisor to join our team at Bidvest Noonan Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our sites, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Audit and Compliance:** Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and implement corrective actions as required.
  • **Root Cause Analysis:** Identify potential issues and take proactive steps to address the root cause and eliminate waste.
  • **Reporting:** Report any building maintenance issues, accidents, incidents, near misses, and equipment defects to our management team.
  • **Team Management:** Ensure that our team provides a first-class service to our education clients and the community, meeting all legal requirements for health and safety.
  • **Chemical Management:** Ensure that all chemicals and products used for cleaning are stored and used according to the manufacturer's instructions, maintaining a safe working environment and minimizing the risk of accidents and injuries.
  • **Performance Review:** Regularly review performance standards to deliver client expectations and attend training programs as arranged.
  • **Staff Training:** Ensure that all staff are fully trained in cleaning techniques, including health and safety, and maintain documentary evidence of same.
  • **Leave Management:** Record, approve, and arrange relief staff for all staff requests for leave.
  • **Staff Issues:** Manage all staff issues in accordance with company policy and procedure.
  • **Training and Development:** Train new staff in accordance with our standards and maintain training records.
  • **HR Policies:** Comply with company HR policies, including our Dignity at Work Policy.
  • **Quotations:** Provide quotations for any additional works requested by clients.
  • **Safety Data Sheets:** Ensure that all safety data sheets are up to date and filed/displayed correctly.
  • **Electrical and Mechanical Repairs:** Report electrical and mechanical repairs as appropriate.
