About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Marmion. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing a consultative approach and excellent service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for clients, including SEO, PPC, Paid Media, and Digital PR.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver agreed marketing strategies and projects.
  • Collaborate with other account managers to develop and deliver marketing strategies and projects.
  • Act as an ambassador for the business, contributing to its growth and supporting initiatives for the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Prepare progress reports for the Board, referencing position against agreed targets and updates of direction.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in an Account Manager/Customer Success Manager role in Agency is essential.
  • Experience managing client accounts with significant budgets.
  • Related degree or qualification is desired but not essential.
  • Collaborative and consultative approach to work.
  • Leadership skills, and confidence in aligning multiple teams to achieve client objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • UK resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK.
