About the Role

The Advisory Practice Lead will be responsible for:

  1. Establishing and leading the Advisory division in the north of England.
  2. Collaborating with clients to understand their current needs and challenges in areas such as Change Management, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
  3. Assisting with client pitches and dialogue, as well as business development and client relationship management.
  4. Meeting business development targets in collaboration with other Partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategy for the Advisory division in the north of England.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality advisory services.
Requirements
  • Senior-level experience in the north of England (Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, and/or Leeds).
  • A strong network of clients across different industries.
  • Excellent business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.
