Exciting Opportunity for a Dentist to Join A&U Dental

A&U Dental, a family-owned dental group with 7 practices, is seeking a new associate to join their highly experienced and forward-looking team. As a part of the group, you will have access to a finance and marketing department, as well as a development programme called A&U Evolve, which focuses on clinical development.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Complete an average of 30 UDAs per day
  • Work Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9am to 5.30pm
  • Join an established well-maintained NHS practice

About the Practice:

  • Work with an experienced and supportive single-site practice manager
  • The practice has a strong focus on patient experience, with over 300 Google Reviews and a significant marketing budget
  • Enjoy working in a 6-surgery practice with state-of-the-art equipment, including i-Tero and OPG
  • Take advantage of fully digitalised systems, using iPads in every surgery to show portfolios and sign treatment plans
  • Be part of a strong clinical team, led by the Group Clinical Manager, with a lead dentist for every practice

Development Opportunities:

  • Work with the Group Clinical Director, Dr. Christine Battison, a dentist with 20+ years of experience
  • Regular catch-ups with the Group Clinical Director
  • Develop short-term orthodontics skills with clinicians in the group

Equipment and Services:

  • Use rotary endodontics as standard
  • Have access to X-rays in every surgery
  • Utilise a sectional matrix for posterior composites
  • Benefit from the use of an iTero Scanner
  • Work in a practice that offers cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, facial aesthetics, implants, oral surgery, and hygienist and therapist services
  • Enjoy the use of an OPG

Requirements:

  • Be registered with the GDC and have an active performer number
