Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team at Redcurrant Jobs Ltd for busy periods when the business demands are high. This is a part-time opportunity that offers flexibility and the potential for a temporary to permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run your own column of treatments, utilizing your skills and expertise to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Liaise with our reception and management team to ensure a smooth running of your day, maintaining open communication and collaboration.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere within the treatment room, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment for our clients.
- Maintain a clean and tidy salon, working collaboratively with fellow team members to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy.
- At least 1 year's industry experience, with a strong background in massage, facials, manicures, and waxing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
