Cafe Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Assistant to join our team at a beautiful site in Stoke Bruerne. As a Cafe Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service in the cafe, retail shop, and welcome desk.
  • Prepare food and beverages for the cafe.
  • Ensure customer excellence by responding quickly and efficiently to questions and dealing with enquiries.
  • Work as a team to maintain retail and catering stock, including ordering, recording, and preparing for stocktaking counts.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer focus and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload.
  • Level 2 Food & Hygiene qualification (desirable).
