- Take charge of our phone system, ensuring seamless communication.
- Provide 24x7 cover for critical company systems, ensuring constant availability and rapid resolution of any issues.
- Lead and manage the IS department and staff.
- Investigate, report, and propose improvements to company infrastructure, guiding its future direction and helping it scale effectively.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to drive infrastructure improvements and develop long-term IT strategies.
- A hands-on IT professional with experience in server management, networking, data centers, and communications systems.
- An effective leader with experience managing small teams and ensuring they are equipped and motivated to provide top-notch support.
- Able to maintain a calm, focused approach while providing 24x7 support coverage.
