Role Overview for the Regional Sales Manager

  • The primary focus of this position is to promote and sell a range of Enteral Feeding solutions, including feeding tubes, syringes, and related accessories.
  • The role involves a balanced approach to new and existing business development (with plans for product launches in the near future).
  • Responsibilities include engaging with dieticians, clinicians, neonatal specialists, gastroenterologists, and procurement professionals.
  • There will be opportunities to collaborate with healthcare professionals and facilitate training and development.
  • The territory encompasses the North West region, including areas such as Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire, Staffordshire, and Derbyshire, along with some parts of North Wales.

Ideal Candidate Profile for the Regional Sales Manager

  • The preferred candidate will have experience in Enteral clinical sales or a background in commercial medical devices, particularly in procurement, with a minimum of 3 years in the NHS environment.
  • Established contacts within the territory are advantageous, especially those related to procurement.
  • A consultative approach and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role.
