Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Account Managers to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our travel and expense product offering
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries related to product integrations, platform settings, and travel and expense policy configuration
  • Drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention by providing timely and knowledgeable advice
  • Handle customer escalations and work across teams to resolve issues
  • Act as the 'voice of the customer' and provide internal feedback to improve our services

Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or a related customer-facing position
