Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all stock items are available for customer collection or delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized trade counter area, ensuring that all products are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, communicating effectively and professionally in person, by telephone, and by email.
- Participate in stock take activities, ensuring that stock levels are maintained at the prescribed levels for the branch.
- Respond promptly and effectively to urgent issues, participating in the call-out rota as required.
- Confident customer service skills, with previous experience working in a busy environment.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to use software applications and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- A competitive salary of £26,000 to £28,000 per annum.
