Midday Supervisor Job Description

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our team in Halton. As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and positive school environment for students during lunchtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and engage students during lunch breaks, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Promote and maintain a safe environment, addressing any potential issues promptly and effectively.
  • Aid in the setup and organisation of lunchtime facilities, including seating arrangements and equipment distribution.
  • Provide guidance and support to students as needed, fostering positive relationships within the school community.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • A patient and adaptable mindset to handle varying situations during lunchtime activities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a harmonious school environment.
  • A valid DBS check or the willingness to obtain one.
