About Architypes Talent Ltd
We are a multi-disciplinary architectural practice seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join our team. As a key member of our landscape team, you will support our landscape director in delivering a variety of exciting projects, including large-scale residential developments.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the landscape director with the delivery of landscape planning and design projects.
- Preparing landscape design drawings, including masterplans, hard and soft landscape drawings, and details.
- Conducting site visits and photography.
- Preparing LVIA related baseline plans.
- Preparing or contributing to reports and written work, including landscape appraisals and Design and Access Statements.
Requirements
- Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute or working towards Chartership.
- 3+ years of experience working on landscape projects.
- Strong desire to learn and develop as a professional.
- Demonstrated design flair and technical knowledge.
- Good organizational skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
