We are seeking a highly experienced Pre Construction Manager to join our team at Morson Talent. As a key member of our client's team, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiencies, saving on preliminaries, and de-risking construction stage for low-risk projects.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with buildability, costing, and efficiencies review prior and during design stage.
- Attend site visits and engage with internal stakeholders and consultants to drive a design that is cheaper and faster to deliver.
- Visit sites, quickly work out the process, and apply standards and best practice in design solutions.
- Significant experience in the water treatment industry, preferably with a tier-1 supplier.
- Ability to work on a consultancy basis, 2 days per week.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
