**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated Care Homes Quality Enhancement Lead to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of care across our care homes in the South East.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Work closely with Home Managers and Deputy Managers to embed a culture of quality improvement across all homes
* Assist homes in delivering established actions within approved timescales
* Act as an ambassador for the company, driving the message of quality across all care services
* Exercise excellent practice management and encourage a culture of continuous improvement
* Develop and implement professional standards and monitor adherence to policies and regulatory requirements
