About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Raytheon UK, working on Digital GPS Anti-Jam Systems and Alternative Navigation Solutions for the military market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Systems Engineering expertise across the product lifecycle, from requirements capture to testing, qualification, and certification activities.
  • Support the System Design Authority and Systems Engineering Team leadership for customer support, production support, and obsolescence maintenance of established products.
  • Manage project requirements, generate technical documentation, and participate in technical design reviews.
  • Support the Systems Team in generating bid proposal material and submitting bids in response to customer requests.
Requirements
  • Experience across the systems engineering lifecycle from requirements through to project completion.
  • Experience with generation of technical documentation at all levels.
  • Understanding of policies, practices, and procedures, and the ability to communicate these to the team.
  • Ability to work in a team and perform to project directives.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with limited oversight from Team Leaders and Management.
  • Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics) or similar industry certification.
