We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Venatu Consulting Ltd. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading and motivating our centre team, driving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Motivate the Centre Team: Assist the Centre Manager in leading and motivating the centre team to achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Maintain a Positive Work Environment: Maintain a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
- Contribute to Sales and Profitability Goals: Contribute to achieving sales and profitability goals by providing exceptional customer service and building trust and long-term relationships.
- Participate in Workshop Activities: Participate in workshop activities, using your technical skills to support the Centre Manager with daily operations.
Requirements:
- Passion for Customer Service: You're passionate about customer service and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Natural Leadership Skills: You're a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire others.
- Technical Skills: You possess strong technical skills and experience working in an automotive environment (Level 3 Technician and/or MOT Tester qualification preferred, but not essential).
- Team Player: You're a team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
Additional Requirements:
- Full Driving License: Full driving license required.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience desired.
- Qualifications: Level 3 and/or MOT qualification desired.
