About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled System Test Engineer to join our team at FLOWBIRD. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough static testing of project documents and requirements to identify potential issues.
- Develop and execute test scenarios and cases to validate software functionality.
- Deploy and manage test environments to ensure seamless testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure testing standards are met.
- Prepare and maintain test plans, status reports, and outcome reports.
- Provide feedback to development teams to improve software quality.
- Schedule and manage test activities to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain and manage test equipment and environments.
- Develop and maintain generic test documentation and provide guidance to teams.
- Work closely with peers in Development, Program Management, and Design teams.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in software testing, tools, and practices.
- ISTQB Foundation certification (or equivalent).
- Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of software development and testing processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with configuration management tools.
- Knowledge of Testrail and Jira.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
