Job Title: Principal Structural Engineer

Ayesa is a leading engineering and technology consultancy seeking a highly experienced Principal Structural Engineer to join our Water Structures team in the UK and Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality structural engineering services to clients, providing technical direction, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of structural engineering projects, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client expectations.
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to junior engineers, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate structural engineering expertise into project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and project success.
  • Manage and mentor a team of structural engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers or equivalent professional body.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in structural design engineering, with a focus on water and wastewater projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex structural engineering projects, with a strong understanding of design principles, analysis, and codes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
