The ideal candidate will be accountable for the technical feasibility of project activities, or segments thereof. You will be involved in managing health and safety, quality assurance, environmental considerations, and commercial aspects of the project.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with clients and their representatives.
  • Execute the company's strategies and policies related to Sustainability, Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management, embodying the company culture and values.
  • Implement the Business Management System of the company.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
  • Oversee junior staff, including conducting annual performance reviews and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance of project activities with contract specifications and maintain appropriate documentation.
  • Undertake any additional duties pertinent to the role.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant technical expertise and experience with main contractors in construction.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant construction discipline is essential.
  • Completion of a Safety Level 1 course.
  • A valid CSCS Card.
  • Significant experience as a Site Engineer with a main contractor is required.
  • Previous experience as a Graduate or Trainee Site Engineer is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000.
