About The Role

Delivering Excellence in Quality Assurance

Morrison Water Services is a leading provider of clean and waste water infrastructure services in the UK. We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join our Smart Metering team, responsible for delivering the installation of 1.3 million smart meters for Yorkshire Water.

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our work, setting targets for task teams, and capturing progress to report to both internal stakeholders and clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect works via video footage or on-site to ensure compliance with asset standards
  • Communicate issues to site managers and clients in a clear and concise manner
  • Lead a team of quality assurance specialists to achieve quality targets
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure consistency and excellence
Requirements
  • Experience in the clean water industry, with a strong understanding of asset standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • IT literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
