Leaders in Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a small caseload of complex cases, providing mentorship and training to ASYE's, and supporting Team Managers. This is a hybrid working role, offering the flexibility to work from home and in the office. We are offering a competitive hourly rate of £40 per hour.
