Role Overview:
Revival - Wiltshire RASAC is dedicated to offering free, confidential therapeutic services for individuals who have experienced rape or sexual abuse, regardless of when or where it occurred. Our mission is to assist survivors in understanding their experiences and making transformative choices for their futures.

As the Fundraising and Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will hold a crucial dual role in securing financial resources to sustain and enhance our essential services while ensuring the charity adheres to the highest standards of care and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement our Funding Strategy with a strong emphasis on diversifying funding sources.
2. Contribute to the sustainability of core services and the development of new initiatives that support survivors in their recovery journey.
3. Research and maintain a comprehensive database of potential funders, crafting and submitting high-quality funding proposals and tender responses in collaboration with the Centre Director.
4. Support and nurture our community fundraisers by providing tailored guidance and advice for individual and group fundraising efforts, along with maintaining fundraising newsletters and webpages.
5. Lead the implementation of the UKAS National Service Standards, contributing to continuous improvement and user satisfaction by identifying relevant policy development areas and assisting the Centre Director with policy formulation and execution.

- A passion for researching funding opportunities and developing compelling funding applications.
- Strong relationship-building skills with funders, donors, and community fundraisers.
